I have gained a deeper understanding of myself, of my life and the upper forces/Creator through my life experiences (especially the difficult ones) and through a relationship with the Creator/God. The reliance on God came with many good things, including closeness and more awareness of myself, of others and the world. Now that I have started with the wisdom of Kabbalah, things are making more sense and leading me to an ever deeper understanding.

Everything is energy. How we manipulate our own energy, receive energy and bestow energy is best done with intentionality, purpose and direction.

I have faced difficult moments in my life n when they happened I didn’t have the knowledge I have today, thus I when though deep suffering  and all the negative feelings that came with it. I was a spiritual person but or rather a religious one. I realized that that wasn’t helping. Eventually I came to the  knowledge of Kabbalah. It was then that all started to make sense. Today the “stuff” that life throw on my way does not affect me the same. I can analyzed and see it more clearly. Suffering was the force that put me on this path.

I stay focused as much as I can on the idea the Creator is I’m me and everywhere at all times and I share His consciousness.  That concept has much more meaning today than before. It is the doorway to understanding, at least for me. I have begun to accept my life and every condition I faced because I know I had things to do here and the dots are starting to really connect. Now I feel like the Creator, everything else and I actually co-exist in one consciousness, just partitioned from my senses. That reminds me to love everything, act accordingly and, by all means, generate love at all times.

My knowledge of the forces influencing human behavior has allowed me to find a deeper sense of empathy and compassion. My eyes are opening to the root of suffering and the path I can take that leads to life more abounding. My understanding has been achieved through connecting my life experiences, feelings thoughts, and knowledge and filtering them through the wisdom of Kabbalah.
