By listening and understanding the path of light, i have been making a small steady progress but at times need to relisten to some of the videos as it can get difficult to follow or maybe I’m a slow learner, but what’s the rush!..

I feel like I’m making small progress. I could make greater progress when I’m able to buy some books, or if I learn Hebrew. I’ve read what was translated on this site, and I see it’s limited

Hi Daniel,
KabU is meant to give everyone a solid and gradual foundation in the wisdom of Kabbalah. If the materials are limited, it’s because additional materials are not yet necessary for our development. Sort of like we don’t hand a five year old an encyclopedia or a medical book, but rather we hand them something on their level which can benefit them where they are now. And after they grasp the foundations, we gradually add more and more materials for them.
If you’re curious, you can scroll through our Kabbalah Library and see that indeed there are thousands upon thousands of translated texts and lessons available in English. But again, without a proper foundation, these things will not do you any good.

It seems, to me, that life in the corporeal world has been a series of weird scientific experiments. Testing the environment (relationships, surroundings, feelings, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, etc) trying to uncover the truth, and seeing the results fruitlessly as “combing the mirror to style my hair.”
My search for answers consistently leads me to the question, Why am I here? Why do I exist? What is the point, and What forces are controlling my life?
By gaining a deeper understanding through the study of Kabbalah, I see the forces working through a choice, the path of pain and suffering, or the path of pleasure and light.

Through Kabbalah Lessons with Dr Laitman I have found a new sense about everything
My thinking process is working for my progress and confidence, not dependent on anything in the world
My inner feelings are calm and recently I am excited to be alive. Nowadays, I take an interest in a broader range of subjects
My life story makes sense to being as I am now and continuation is guaranteed because I can continue studying what interests me and has brought me here
The forces in the world seem to be Nature’s way of showing humans what they are like without causing as many deaths as might be expected (by earth quakes, etc). I feel gratitude to live in UK; sorrow for others who are afflicted; politicians are part of a progress that they do not control in my opinion so far.

The deeper understanding comes when I can view an event in my life from a perspective that causes me to hold up a mirror and ask  Why Did This Occur? Inevitably, the answer is Because it’s a gift.

I am looking at small incidents in my life in a new way, questioning if I ve seen the teaching there, & noticing that my Ego needs correction, often. Well, if there is something disturbing about the incident, it s a clue that I ve seen it through my ego. At the level of manifest reality, there still seems to be a dance between giving & receiving. I love it that the difficulties are our tools.
I m wondering about the meaning of Kabbalah as the “wisdom to receive”. I had thought it meant to receive wisdom, but now I understand that the wisdom is to become the Kli, and receive Heshem’s light. It was very helpful to hear Tony say, yesterday, that there is a way to attract the light by my own effort in such a way that the door will open. I m guessing that our own yearnings are the key.
