Opening the doors to spirituality for other seekers first entails one’s individual point in the heart to develop and model qualities of bestowal, a desire for connection and desire for the collective unity, bringing as many points in the heart to merge as one for the reforming light to enter and correct and to connect our souls as one.

I think supporting fellow seekers with spiritual inclination entail inner dedication where a person commit his presence only for the friends and their needs.

How does this dynamic operate? Joining a group of like-minded people with points in the heart, enabling integration of the different facets of our personalities to help build a Kli to receive the divine light which allows us to repair the world.
What does supporting fellow seekers with a spiritual inclination entail? To truly connect with them, loving them as yourself with unconditional love that mirrors the Creator’s selfless giving.

My best guess based on beginner’s knowledge… 😉

In a direct sense, when we open to the force from above and allow ourselves to be used as a conduit for reforming light, we also benefit by this choice.  The light flows through us and to the other but we are also changed in the process.

Additionally, the other person contains a part of us which may be reformed.  If it is corrected in them, it will be corrected in us.

In general, we are helping to create a supportive environment for the rapid expansion of the point in the heart and the correction of other egoistic desires.

We are all parts of one soul. As we help others, we change from Egoism to Bestowal. In this process we attract more light to the vessel that we all are in.
