Preparation Question: Starting a new course in Kabbalah is similar to a fetus moving on to a new trimester. I want the light to teach me how to love others above myself. I want to achieve equivalence of form with Nature.

How do we sense the light in spiritual form as opposed to our corporeal senses. The influence of the surrounding light to help us attain greater connection and internality of ‘there is none else besides him’.
