      Kabbalah can open a fresh perspective on life and deepen the way we understand our experiences. A desire to complete pending responsibilities and unfulfilled wishes, and then move toward deeper spiritual pursuits in life.

      I would expect the first lesson would broadly outline the topic.  History, definitions etc.
