Freedom means that my nervous system is tuned to the resonance of health, transformation and what is generative- not fear and transgenerational  trauma.

Freedom, for me, would be the capability to think and execute without being distracted. With the help of the Reforming Light, we may doubt less and less.

Freedom to me is being like the Creator and controlling my destiny. Not to be controlled by the ego or any other entity as there is none else but God. I need to learn what it is to be like the Creator by choosing the right environment and practising altruism. The Creator gives me the thoughts and motivation to do these. I need to ask for His help and the Reforming Light.

For me, freedom is the ability to be myself – the ability to be authentic.

Reforming light can help me to better understand what the Creator had planned when creating me. This leads to a better understanding of myself and my place in the larger creation. It leads to authenticity.

I think that freedom is when the point in the heart is awakened, and we then, through the thoughts which the Creator bestows upon us, choose to walk the Path of Light, which leads to spiritual ascension of the Reshimot through the study of Kabbalah. In my humble opinion, we can and must acquire it.

Freedom for me is that we can choose to walk the Path of Light or the Path of Suffering.
We acquire the help we need from the Reforming Light when we have a yearning for spirituality and decides to use our ego in a constructive way, to walk the Path of Light.
