      The ego is not a bad thing, it is how we use or allow our ego to develop that is important.

      Do not take the teaching at face value but test every thing and make it your own.

      I discovered I am not alone. Ever. I don’t know what that is, but something is there with me like a vibration of love, or care, and I want to learn enough to share that so others don’t need to suffer as much.

      Reversing the steps of the ladder that one has taken to descend to earth , each step going back up is overcoming a desire ??
      is that correct???

      That actions are based in intention. In many cases, one might perform same action, but if one intends to fulfill their own egoistic desires, it is not the same action as if one intends to bring pleasure to another.
