      That other people before me have experienced and profoundly contemplated the same questions about reality that have arisen in me over my life and so much so that they have found how to properly relate to them and incorporate them into our lives here in reality.

      Kabbalah is not a religion. Its a practical guide to having a more intimate relationship with the creator.

      Many concepts are new to me. The concept of prayer in kabbalah is shockingly new to me.

      It is all new to me but I was relieved to learn that it is rooted in love and is not connected with that list of esoteric human endeavors.
