I have found Kabbalah fascinating since I first picked up a book by Rav Michael Laitman. Finally joined this course after some years of reading his books.

What do I expect from this course? #401761BrendanParticipantI watched the videos multiple times in order to grasp the concepts. Tony explains things very thoroughly and I was able to understand what authentic Kabbalah is supposed to be. It was also a great way to dispel ideas that were not productive in attaining true spiritual goals, as well as to get me on track with what I needed to know practically to begin that process. It helped me to understand the process of getting in touch with my creator begins here and now in this lifetime, in every moment.
BrendanParticipantAll the material is inspiring. I love bonding with my creator. I wish the same for everyone else
May 16, 2023 at 11:51 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually? #320279BrendanParticipantBy connecting with others and trying to develop a sensation with the Creator. This will lead us to changing our nature from reception to bestowal.

1. I understand the analogy in the lesson about the host and guest and the method of giving to the Creator by allowing yourself to enjoy the meal prepared. Can I have a practical daily example to make sure I understand the application of the method described?
2. Is there any way for us to measure the current point where we are in terms of the construction of the degrees of the soul (Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Haya, Yechida.)?Thank you
