I felt very calm and sleepy. Does this happen to anyone else too?

DanielParticipantHello, my name is Daniel. Ive been studying the concepts of kabbalah for a few months now, but in the past have found myself extremely interested in different topics such as hinduism, buddhism, chakras, crystals, the occult (as scary as that sounds), philosophy, anything really that deals with self development and spirituality. Im an artist, and i’ve been in the darkness for a while now, and i’m really just looking forward to run towards the light, in hopes that maybe my art can help or heal the world one day. The concept of kabbalahs meditations and the way you incorporate angels, meditation, the tree of life, the major arcana etc. is just so interesting that this is the path I keep finding myself back on. Im very excited to see where this journey ends up and I think everyone here can say the same thing. May god light the path for us all.

It baffles me cause if this concept is true then does that mean if we change our perception.. do we have the possibility to change our reality? I guess it’s easier said than done. The topic, in my opinion, is kind of like lucid dreaming and being able to control it. Except we don’t know we are dreaming.
