GalithParticipantI will continue to live with my eyes open, to stay curious, to be humble in life of events that I do not control.
I will continue to work with gratitude, to cultivate meaningful interactions and to see everything as the law of receiving and bestowing in action
March 15, 2026 at 10:34 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Prompt: What does transitioning from a self-centered perception of reality to one grounded in altruism entail? #490395
GalithParticipantThe first step is to remember that my perception of reality is primarily guided by the biases of my Five Senses my ego and my will to receive, keeping this in my awareness allows me then to engage with what is in front of me with more responsibility and to respond rather than react with the intention to be more like the Creator and that means to see what is outside as part of creation rather than separate for me and to aim to act towards them with love
January 12, 2026 at 4:13 am EST in reply to: Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually? #475643
GalithParticipantBy remembering that there is nothing outside of the creator and the creation. By interaction without separation, rather as an exchange. In unity
GalithParticipantTo all of you I wish the inner discoveries that bring you closer to our collective yearning, the recognition of our inbuilt resistance as the permission to connect to the world to come and to our creator

GalithParticipantwhile listening and following the english version, my brain was restless and not focused. I became impatient and tried to return to the intention several times. Meanwhile, the Hebrew version brought peace, calm and insight. While I still didn’t comprehend what was said explicitely, the meaning came through with love and a lot of gentleness. My body relaxed and my mind was silent, therefore I was able to receive in a more open manner.
December 26, 2025 at 4:15 am EST in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #472322
GalithParticipantIt leads us towards the perception that transcends, goes beyond the physical limitations of my body, ego, emotions and intellect. II perceive reality through a lens that I identify as me, the work of studying Kabbalah is done for the purpose of moving beyond desires only, and be able to receive what is intended in the reality i do not yet perceive fully.
This is also the opportunity to review my experiences until now in the context of the principle of equivalence of form permitting one to move away from the feeling of separation and the inevitable suffering that goes with it.
so that we can receive the ability to be like “it” – to feel , know and do what it is beyond the limitations of our 5 senses
