There is a benefit to thinking about these things. Most don’t want to think and that’s where the benefit is.
The intention – let’s set aside that there is something not from this world that is born in relation to this – is simply what do I want from this action. And there is a deficiency from within me and a deficiency that is from without.

I wouldn’t call that a descent. You’re just trying to make sense of this path, but there’s a lot of missing information as well as misinformation in the form of experiences from other paths which make it harder to imagine what we’re talking about.
What’s described here are laws of nature, which are eternal. We’re in them whether we learn about them or not, and eventually we’ll have to learn about them.They would tell you to follow all the doctors’ advice, even if the results are not ideal. This is how Kabbalists relate to the level of this world.
The truth is Kabbalists generally advise against studying Kabbalah if one has schizophrenia. One has to first seek the doctor-recommended treatments that can normalize the condition.
I can’t because we can’t convey in words something that a person hasn’t felt. Here, we have an even bigger problem, that with the word love, a person associates a feeling and actions that are OPPOSITE spiritual love – meaning one right away thinks of all sorts of self-love.
No, because for that the Creator arranged our degree where the solutions are clear: medications with doctors’ advice and prescription. What already reached this degree, we need to follow the regular orders of this world.
