“All is clarified in thought” thus there is nothing in this wisdom besides Kabbalistic thoughts. So your question includes the whole wisdom. Being in Kabbalistic thoughts is to think about your correction: “What do I need to request from the Upper Force now…and now….and now…”

I can’t answer because I don’t have Julian’s videos memorized. The video titles are more or less intended to be attractive, nothing more. The quote you have in the second question certainly is not correct unless there’s some unusual context. I always need to think of my friends – they’re my soul, the matter of my spiritual advancement, what it depends on.

The group called Jews was always growing up until the fall of the Temple. It used to be according to whoever had the desire called “Yashar-Kel” – Israel.
