He needs nothing. It’s I who needs, for my correction, to learn to thank and praise the Creator.

    Hi David,

While I can’t resolve your quandary because that’s like 4 full lessons, I can answer your questions.

1 – Does God disdain our attempts to bestow upon Him?

No. It is said, “The Creator loves all the works, however they are.” Any attempts to resemble Him, He enjoys.

2 – Where does the reflected light go? Who receives it?

The Reflected Light – it’s said that it returns to the Source of the Light. This means that he doesn’t want to receive because he prefers Equivalence with the Creator. But precisely to the extent he can raise Reflected Light he can receive Inner Light. That’s as clear as we can make it for now. There are many more discernments about it in The Study of the Ten Sefirot.

Behind both questions is that you need to know that the Creator is indeed playing a game with us, by which we become like Him.

Ruach can be translated to wind, breath, spirit. It’s also the name of a particular Light, corresponding to the Sefira of Tifferet. When I have this Kli and it’s filling, it’s called “spirit of life.” Of course, it’s also used in the sense of uplifted spirits toward the spiritual goal, colloquially.

There a discernments in it if we attain it, but what we can understand is it’s the Upper Light, and in that, according to theKli we bring, there’s every goodness possible. As I can’t enjoy a symphony with snake senses or feel I’m in a reality at all if I lack the sense of touch, I need to develop the Kelim (vessels) that can perceive the Light.

    Hi Jarrett,

For students’ benefit because one needs to clarify only the question (the rest is for the student alone), I only read sentences with question marks after them, usually. So, no you can’t gain proximity to the friends by limiting corporeal desires. But you can scrutinize which desires you cannot think about the friends and the Creator while you’re going them, and think what to do from there on. What I need to do is elevate the importance of spirituality higher than the importance these desires have right now.

Yes, but it needs to start with your ten, to ensure that it’s true. That’s my sounding board by which to ascertain my true attitude to the ten, then humanity, and then the Creator. These sights have to line up or my bullet misses the target.
