Adding to connection every time I feel indifferent to it or inclined to move away from connection. Do the opposite. This is already work in distinguishing two inclinations.
I’m not sure it’s exactly by suppressing the ego, but in a manner of speaking, yes, I need to not allow my ego to jump and express itself. I don’t want to feed it anything. This, by itself, is already an exercise in differentiating my ego from my inclinations in my Point in the Heart. I want to permit only thoughts and actions that bring us closer to connection, and certainly disallow actions that bring me further away from connection. We don’t need to make it more complicated or mix in other concepts. This is the work that is in front of us.
Our “advancement” in our world is more correctly an indication of the changes we need to go through now, and in the end, when we see ourselves in a few years we’ll see that we have not advanced since this world was made not for us to discover continents and technology, but to use this reality as a stair to the Upper World. We’ll realize that we’re medieval, stunted, brutes and that all the true advancement is ahead of us.
No, we don’t have something like that in the wisdom of Kabbalah, to write down our dreams. Our dreams are simply the filing of files into a filing cabinet when during the day I did not know how to organize correctly the various stimuli in my experience – meaning in a spiritual manner. Therefore, I don’t need to delve my dreams to advance spiritually.
Let’s not add words like “Shechina” and woman here – they don’t exist yet. “She” has no more significance than calling the outlet and plug by the names “male” and “female” as electricians do.
“Direct Light” means without a Screen on behalf of the Desire. All is done from Above. That’s the meaning of Direct Light.
A Phase is a discrete state with specific qualities. They’re divided in this way for us to understand, even though it is one Kli, and the beginning of each change starts in the previous Phase.
The mechanism used to expel the Light is the change in Desire. The Light fills it according to its desire.
