  • The answer is that it does not matter if they don’t understand. If the Creator brought them to this path, they are willing to work with me enough that through them I can attain spirituality, since only my attitude towards reality is what counts.

Translation: It seems that the group you are in, as a kabbalist, has some kind of coaching task. What good intentions towards the creator may I have, how do you stay in balance as a group?

You’ll have to see when you get into more contact with the group. There are a few parameters that a person must always check. Like gauges on a plane or some other important machinery. These parameters are always within your attitude towards the friends in the group. The Creator always pushes them out of calibration, and we have to bring them back to correct calibration.

Well, Kabbalists write that “spiritual shame is reserved for high souls.” Which means – yes – we have to go through it, but there are many, many other states that are closer and more relevant to us.

The formula for reaching spirituality is easy to provide. You know, like you can say e=MC2. However, the proof for that is a hundred pages of math only a few people in the world understand. The spiritual formula is LIGHT = DESIRE x SCREEN. Light is any pleasure and all the pleasures because we’re in an ocean of light but receiving it depends on the Kli. Like champagne could be pouring from the skies but I have only burlap sacks; or gold is falling from the skies but all I have is a champagne glass. Therefore I need the correct Kli (desire). And, there’s a law that you can’t receive without a Screen. …So, you need the whole wisdom of Kabbalah in order to realize this equation.

When a person starts getting a sensation that he stands before only the Creator, in each situation: There is none else besides Him. There are a few more things, but this is already very advanced.

We have to learn in Baal HaSulam’s article The Freedom what is meant by free choice. We don’t have free choice because we always go with the reigns by which the Upper Force animates all our actions. And, as a double concealment, we also believe that we are the ones doing all those actions, by our volition – not realizing that all the decision will we ever make, after all our pained deliberations, could be shown to us in a book, already now. And, even worse, we would find that knowing all of them in advance, we would, in the moment, still be unable to resist doing everything written in that book. Therefore, we need the wisdom of Kabbalah, the method by which I can develop this Point in the Heart. It needs to be developed further, and then it will be a counterpoint to the mechanism by which all my decisions are usually made, being my desire to receive, against which stands nothing – it always determines everything I do because there’s nothing else in me. There’s a Point in the Heart but it’s still not strong enough to be a counterforce. It’s like I get in the car and if I don’t touch the wheel, the car goes automatically towards the left. I’m like that: nothing stands against my ego yet, to turn the wheel so I can drive straight. So I just drive in circles.

The whole world is also inside of you. And the Upper Worlds.
