Janina PaasonenParticipantWe discuss regularly. I think it like Adam-Ha-Rishon is one soul separate to 7 billion bodies, the easiest way to get there is to realize that me and my husband are eternally one.

Janina PaasonenParticipantSmiling is actually easier to our muscular system than keeping up the serious face. We have forgotten this and thus create useless tension to our own body and to others as our mirror. Like it says in old song “don’t worry, be happy”.

Janina PaasonenParticipantI’m middle one of three children and in childhood I was much on my own. I have noticed that even now in the age of 44 and after 11years of marriage I sometimes am quite too attached. My goal is to be more open in future and less aggressively attached.

Janina PaasonenParticipantIn too msny occasions I seem to put my ego between me snd my hubby. It’s very eyes opening to study the situation carefully.

Janina PaasonenParticipantI am you, you are me. Together we are one.
Janina PaasonenParticipantBeing separate ego is to misunderstand the true nature of existence
We flip from unity and will be united again, so being individual is öike being a vawe at yhe ocean.
It may arise from the sea, but it never can be not a water. In the end it arises and falls back to ocean.
