Ludwig LabordaParticipantHi all,
Thank you for taking the time to read what I am about to say.
The Nature of the Matter is the second recommended reading. There, we get an explanation on how we came to be here, how the Light descended to “our world”.
I let the text guide my mind; instead of trying to analyze what the text was telling me, I just accepted it without any judgement. At some point, I realized that anything I call dear and loved is not there because of me, but because of Him. Nothing that I have is because of me. I am not the artificer of anything that I have but the Creator.
That state of mind made me feel a deep gratitude towards anything and everything and then it hit me: every time I complain about something or someone, I am doing it completely wrong because I don’t understand how this is material to discover the Creator.
I also realized that I can put an intention to bestow right now. Every instant of my life is a chance to do it. And while doing it and paying attention of myself, I can tell where I find resistance to do so, and where is easy to put an intention to bestow.
What I am trying to say is that I have found a direction that totally satisfies me: I just have to enjoy whatever He has arranged for me, not for me, but for Him, to please Him because He wants to give me that.
Until this point, it sounds ethereal because I can’t face the Creator directly. Yet, I can get to him through His manifestation, His creation. So, whenever I am interacting with anyone, with every human being, animal, plant or thing, if I make an effort to please them and be pleased by the interaction with them, I can give pleasure to the Creator, through His creation, which includes me.
In short, I was able to give a practical sense to something that is abstract and seems otherworldly.
Thanks!

My name is Ludwig and I am interested in learning about Kabbalah because I am told it is a convenient method to comprehend who I am.
Thanks.
