We get in touch with the upper force by connecting with people around us. The upper force is everywhere and for humans to act with it mutually, they must look outside of themselves and observe and then interact/connect. The people with whom we connect are important because the upper force reveals himself through our interaction with them.

Once we are able to love others as ourselves, we begin to move towards equivalence of form gradually.

I wish that all material desires of my fellow students in kabbalah are fulfilled first and hence letting us see that these can’t give us ultimate pleasure. I mean to say about the 4 levels of human desire being fulfilled first ie food sex shelter family, wealth and money, name fame power, and finally knowledge. I wish that these are fulfilled first for all my fellow students for the reason that only then it will pave the way for the sixth sense, the point in the heart in us, to open up. Once the point in the heart opens we will seek the creator ourselves and we will experience the light from the creator (torah) and mitzvut (transformation of our desires by the light) so that correction (tikkun) can happen in our desires, thus opening the door to loving others as ourselves. We will then actively seek out ways to use our will to receive in order to bestow. And this will transform everything in us all. We will become a vessel of light and love and we will learn to connect with all our fellow beings by seeing us in them and them in us. But for that to happen in the world, we have to first start in our kabbalistic group and develop the necessary skills to loving others like ourselves.

To activate the point in the heart in us we can only pray to the creator that He does that, so that we rebuild the collective soul and become a vessel for the light. That’s why it is essential to learn to pray in the correct way and kabbalah teaches us exactly that.

What specific activities can one undertake in this life in order to stay in the path of light? What does it entails? And if one doesn’t do these activities would it mean that he or she automatically falls back into the path of suffering/pain which was his or her earlier state? Please explain.

Please explain in terms of the qualities also that one has to develop in order to stay in the path of light.

Through learning from kabalah, I gain spiritual knowledge of the forces of nature, how they operate and control our lives.  The more I understand my life, and why it is the way it is and me overcoming its challenges and problems by applying kabbalistic principles is the mark of my spiritual progress.
