That did not come from me, so I cannot answer your question. It was said by a friend in the ten in response to me suggesting that we study the Living in the Workshop lesson that was presented by Asaf back at the Tens convention, to improve our connection. What he said sounds wrong to me, and against the teachings. Hence my question. He elaborated that we had to love and build trust between friends in this world. And that workshops were told to him “whatever works for the ten”, and that what that lesson was teaching was just for Israel and not for us in the US. I was floored to hear that point of view. Is that right?
Hi Gianni: I have been presented with information this week that really confuses me, and I hope that you can shed some light on this topic for me. My understanding, is that we have been taught that the workshop is a spiritual tool to produce connection in the ten, that enables us to draw the surrounding light together in the ten – when performed correctly. That ultimately the Creator will be revealed in this connection between us in the ten. It has been claimed by a friend that the workshop is not a real spiritual tool. When trying to promote better workshop activities, the friends position is that connection really comes from the love of friends in the physical world, or the connection between the friends in the physical world. His claim is that there is no difference between physical and spiritual connection. Can you shed some light on this for me. Am I wrong about my understanding on this? I am very confused and in need of help.
Hi Gianni. A question arose from one of our friends concerning what we thought Lo Lishma vs Lishma means. I have heard many words and contexts for an answer to this from Rav and our teachers, but we struggled as a group to agree on a best common answer. I am hoping you can shed some light for us to use to reach agreement on? Thank you!
I am reminded that I do not know what I do not know. This wisdom has given me the chance to learn about, and to correct myself. Without the knowledge of this, I did not have the right intention. I can now say that I do! May Peace and Harmony prevail in each of us, between each of us, and in the (whole) world!!!
