ParticipantThis simple explanation: “authentic Kabbalah deal with one thing and that is the discovery of the force that governs reality and the system through which it becomes revealed”. Loving these concise, clear definitions 🙂

ParticipantHello, thank you for these wonderful teachings!
I have a question about how Kabbalah approaches the body, specifically, the body’s inherent intelligence and wisdom. As someone who spends a lot of time living in her head, I’ve come to discover embodiment as a profound tool for presence and attunement to the body’s cues. I’m also currently studying mind-body approaches to healing developmental trauma.
My question is this: Does Kabbalah offer teachings or practices that directly address the body as a source of knowing? And/or does Kabbalah work with the body as a vehicle for healing trauma? Thanks again! Mona

ParticipantTo “correctly decide about my life” as it was beautifully said.

ParticipantHi, my name is Mona Kelly. I’m originally from Paris, France and I have been living in the USA (Boston, MA) for 16 years with my husband and our 16-year old son. I grew up in Morocco, have travelled extensively and now work in the travel industry. I heard about the Kabbalah years ago but never paid much attention to it until recently, when I started realizing how chaotic my childhood has been. I’m obsessed with systems (not only at work – I work in Operations 🙂 – but also for personal stuff and I’ve studied astrology because I’ve been craving a spine, a structure and astrology offered some of that. I’ve dabbled in Hinduism and Buddhism but it never clicked. When I recently stumbled upon the Kabbalah again, it finally did click! It’s as if I fell in love with the Tree of Life and I can’t wait to learn more about it. I’ve also had a major revelation about the fact that I’ve been trying to start a business for many years, but it stayed in my head as I intellectualized about it without being able to take action. The kabbalah and the little bit I know about it made me realize that it’s because I never let myself receive and embody what I receive. Starting a business was built on ideas that were not fully lived and received which is why I’ve been so stuck. Thanks!
