Hello Marta and Claire,
your insights resonate with me. The beauty of Nature reveals itself in holding still. We benefit from become more patient and content whilst at the same time persevering in our studies. I certainly feel my mental wellbeing improving.

Being present, feeling gratitude for the beauty of the world and my fellow brothers and sisters. Enjoying to deepen the connection with my interlocutors, monitoring the feedback from the creator. Understanding the limitations of my former mode of interpreting the world. A heightened sense of mental clarity , speed of processing information and sensorial acuity. A deeper appreciation for the diversity of human experience, and the way each one of us is led by the Creator. A deepening desire to become more altruistic and to overcome my mental limitations and petty ways of seeking self-gratification.
July 11, 2023 at 5:58 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #326010patrick diederichParticipantUltimately to one of a boundless pleasure that we all share.
July 8, 2023 at 3:30 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #325442patrick diederichParticipantThat we are one , that a loving force wants us to grow on a personal and collective level beyond our narrow egoism. The perception of reality widens as we deepen our ability to feel gratitude and share the overflowing love that we receive. What will happen when the autopilot of the ego will be switched off? Will we be able to see each other as we truly are? – I feel such a gratitude towards nature that at this point I can not wish to sense further than with my human senses. Everything beyond seems like an ocean of love, formed by the tears of our ancestors on whose shoulders we stand. I am aware that I am evading the question, but my heart wants to express itself freely, like in a prayer. I am so relieved I can finally open up after all these years of lonely sillyness.
July 7, 2023 at 10:59 am EDT in reply to: Ask anything about week 1 lesson and materials and get an answer from a senior Kabbalah instructor. #325405patrick diederichParticipantHello, and thank you for offering this course. I was so excited by the information provided by you that my mind got really restless and overexcited. The material triggered an enormous amount of associations to works of art I love, cultural history or autobiographical moments that are significant to me. I feel a bit weary of this excitement which makes it difficult to hear the message exactly as you conveyed it. Please apologize if I take the course at a more leisurely pace. I want to make sure I get the foundation right and not mix everything up fancyful, egotistic projections … I hope the course will help me in the long run to become more sober minded, practical and able to listen more carefully.
