Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMixedmultitude,
Are you asking, where is the point in the heart in our physical being?
It is not a physical organ, it is the birth of our spiritual perception.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorDory,
Hindu’s have a blue god called Krishna. Christians have a god who is depicted with long flowing hair nailed to a cross. Jews say their god is invisible. So first of all no one agrees on what god is anyway. The wisdom of kabbalah does not require any belief in anything, only that you discover the forces that are operating on us that develop us, that created us and to what end all of this is happening. When you discover this integral, bestowing, harmonious system, this system the kabbalists call God, Creator, etc. don’t be confused with what every other of the 1000s of religions and groups call god.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorJim,
Take the study slow and deliberate. This is a very practical science and method with results.
For example you learn here that creation is a will to receive.
So study yourself, study the bird outside the window. Do you see that every creature is acting to fulfill a desire that arises in it? If yes, so progress. If no, so look more. If this wisdom does not resonate with your heart or if it is not the right time so don’t force it.
But you need to be testing these things. Of course you can’t test everything yet. You may understand E=MC2 for example but you can’t prove it without a lot of lab time and years of math and science preparation, but in general you can grasp what Einstein is telling us.
At the end of the day, we will remain a will to receive. That won’t change, that is what the Creator created. But we will discover that we can receive pleasure from bestowing like the Creator’s quality is to bestow. And in this way we can become similar yo Him.
It sounds easy enough but it is a full inner revolution.
Go step by step using your heart and your mind, not blind faith and you will have a good foundation and you will succeed. The hero is the patient one,

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMarta,
Wonderful.
Yes. This understanding will stabilize inside of you as a result of your efforts in quantity and quality. An answer to a question such as this doesn’t just slip in your ear and that’s it, you own it.
We can certainly explain the concept and we will. But to understand it and feel it, this comes as a result of your inner transformation.
Here is an example, not spiritual, but will paint a picture. Imagine that all of the water, sunlight, energy, minerals, raw materials,…imagine if everything we need to build a perfect world is being poured on us from above, and we are drowning in it.
But if we can make some umbrella above us so that we are not being hit over the head with all of these raw materials and from under the umbrella we start thinking and preparing and arranging and deciding how to arrange all of these things. Once we understand and implement it, then we can receive all of the sunlight and not get burnt, we can receive all of the water and not drown, all of the minerals, the energy, everything is available and abundant, only it is up to us how we will use it or we will drown in it.Here are some sources to begin to depict what this means:

Read these a few times and let’s go from there.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMarta,
You are doing good work.
In general you are on target, however there are some finer details we can explore here.
To be clear, as the text says, the Thought of Creation was to delight the creatures, to the full measure of the Creator’s generosity.
Here is where your explanation veers off the path a bit….if the creature does not receive all of this abundance, then the creature is not fulfilling the Thought of Creation. The creature must receive and more then that, the creature must receive in the full measure of the Creator’s generosity.
What you mentioned that pleasure is fleeting is a function of the physical world and regarding the text, there is no physical world yet. (The text at this point is talking about states before time and space.). The issue that happened is that the creation that is filled with abundance is at this point called Malchut of Ein Sof, meaning the Light of Ein Sof, the endless light filled the endless vessel.
So what’s our problem? That should have been the end of the story, why would we need our world, reality as we know it, etc.
So here’s the probelm, Malchut of Ein Sof felt herself opposite from the Creator. He is 100% to bestow and she is 100% to receive and due to this “disparity of form”, she felt something called busha, like spiritual shame from being so opposite from the Creator.
And here comes now the next big chapter in the story, Malchut of Ein Sof expels all of the light from within her, leaving her 100% empty.
This is also a problem because now she is not fulfilling the purpose of creation which is to fill her with delight and also, she feel endlessly empty now.
Then begins the next step which the building of the screen (masach) and the calculation to only receive as much light into herself, only on the condition that she can receive in order to give contentment to the Creator, to receive in order to bestow.
We will study all of this together in the future,

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorAriel,
Don’t worry. You made it.
Actually Ariel is made of many generations incarnating and developing and more than that you are connected to your family and your country and your generation in all different many ways.
In short, “you” went through enough qualitative and quantitative development throughout time that you made it here. Now that you made it here, the rest is in your hands to do.
We are here to support and go through this process together.
