Dyrk,
Here’s a blog post from Rav’s blog that addresses your question. Rav’s blog is a great resource.Question: Won’t humanity reach the recognition and the revelation as to how the world is arranged and how the different forces operating in it are arranged up until the very last moment of its evolution? Is it our eternal fate to live in such a mess, wars and outbursts of desires?
Answer: There is no mess and no coincidence. We are in a very accurate, rigid, and deterministic system. Everything is arranged in a clear and accurate manner without any defects or flaws.
There are no concepts such as “as if,” “suddenly,” or “approximately,” etc. The more we learn about nature according to different sciences, the more clearly the very accurate unchangeable laws are revealed to us. We divide and classify our knowledge in different fields, but, in fact, there are no different sciences like chemistry, physics, etc, in the world around us.
It is only the unknown areas that have not been explored and studied as yet by which we can attempt to clarify things, but it is merely our perception that stems from ignorance. We simply cannot perceive the whole general picture.
Still, if we delve deeper into this issue, we see that nothing in creation happens for no reason, suddenly, as if, or approximately. It is on our part that we see things that way as “one judges according to his own flaws.” If our mind could grasp and penetrate the depths of nature, we could see a magnificent system in which everything exists in perfection. We could actually see what Godliness is and that everything is related to everything on all levels from the top down. The natures of the still, vegetative, animate, and human beings are one in their spiritual and corporeal revelation, and by one movement of my arm, I can move and operate all the worlds. This is how it is all built. There is no event that can remain unfelt and not affect the whole system.

All of reality is only the Creator. Just as we learned about the 4 phases of direct light, the Creator is dressed in these 4 degrees in our world: Inanimate (still), Vegetative, Animate, Speaking (human).
We are asking the Creator to feel that everything comes from Him and we want first to feel that and how can we also come to be bestowing like He is.

What a lovely heartfelt question.
If you are a father, you remember when you taught your children to walk, you move away from them in order for them to take their steps.
But imagine if at that time they had the mind of a teenager and they could respond in languge, “Dad!!! Come back!!! Dad, what are you doing? Don’t you care about me? Why are you going away from me?!”
You of course know that in a few seconds your beloved child will take a step and you are stepping away out of love. And it’s the sorrow of being a parent that we feel our children going through these states, but imagine the alternative, we carry our child around their whole life…well that would be worse, he or she would never develop.
So you and I now have some special wisdom in our hands and you said that since you’ve come to the wisdom of kabbalah you feel more suffering. So try and exercise. Imagine that you (and me and all of us), as you are studying, are drawing surrounding lights on your soul and it is like the parent who is drawing his child forward.
We feel a lot. Let’s try to recognize what is going on.
So there are two things here and you need to be careful with them.
1. This world. Do what you have to do in this world. Work, family, health, etc. If you feel bad because you aren’t dealing with your responsibilities in this world, so, like all other animals we have to live in this world. Don’t confuse the two worlds. Exercise, work, family.
2. Our new spiritual perception. OK, regardless of the details in 1, I also am cultivating a new perception. If I felt calm and everything was fine, then I would not search I would not take a step into a new spiritual realm. So now I feel uncomfortable and it doesn’t matter to me if the feeling comes from my relationships or from the IRS or from the police or from the neighbor. I feel uncomfortable and I start to recognize ahh, someone (the Creator) is sending this to me. Ahhh, I see You! You are doing this, you want me to pay attention to You. Yesterday I felt this as suffering, today I deal with it, it still does not feel good, but I’m starting to recognize that You are directing me to take a step to develop, to understand You.As far as describing the emotions of the spiritual worlds, it’s impossible. Baal HaSulam writes, how did the sages write, Abraham said to so and so, etc..
How did the sages know what Abraham said, saw, etc.
He explains that if one has been to London, one can describe the buildings the smells, etc and anyone who has been to London can recognize that.
Similarly, anyone who attains the degree called Abraham sees and feels everything that is on the degree called Abraham.

In the process from Ein Sof (without end) through the creation of the created being, there are two restrictions.
The first one takes place after the 4 phases of direct light.
We learned that the thought of creation is to create a creature and fill it with good.
From that thought extends the 4 phases of direct light until we arrive at Malchut of Ein Sof, that means we arrive at an endless vessel that can receive all of the light of the Creator.
However there is a problem. The Creator of course is 100% a bestowing force, but Malchut is now 100% a receiving force and because of this, their natures are 100% opposite from one another, in spirituality, distance is measured by the difference between the qualities. So these qualities are as far as east is from west.
Malchut wants to be close to the Creator, but is endlessly far, so she (we call her she, but there is no created being yet), says, I can’t bestow, because I don’t have anything of my own to bestow, BUT, I can stop myself from receiving and at least in that I won’t be 100% opposite in form from the Creator.
That stopping of receiving is called Tzimtzum Aleph (1).

It does feel like a long road. Nevertheless we need to awaken each other and bring this reality closer.
We are living in a very special time that Baal HaSulam calls the last generation, the end of the material evolution and now humanity will become despaired of reaching some happiness from animal fulfillments and will look for spirituality.
We are pioneers establishing this wisdom in actuality.
