After you complete all of that, figure out how many hours/week you want to designate for study and then make a framework and stick to it. If it’s 1 hour/day or 2 hours/day, whatever you set, stick to it whether you feel like it or not.

Let’s say you are a young girl and your parents take you to your first rock concert.
The energy is incredible, the sounds, the joy. You decide that you want to make that kind music too, you want make everyone sing and be happy. So the next day you go to the music store and get your instrument and then you go to band practice. Now you are standing in your first rehearsal, holding your instrument, but nothing can come out yet. You have everything you need in your hands, but you need more experience and more investment.
This is where you are on the spiritual path. All of your questions are correct, all of your questions are good, but if feels to me that adding more knowledge on top of what is already in your hands is not where you need to go now.
I recommend that you read and watch the lesson materials again and write out all of your questions in your notebook, write down the main things that you find important.
This is like you at home practicing your instrument.
The note C is the root note of the C-major scale. But it is the perfect 5th of the F-major scale. etc, etc. The note C can make the scale sound major or minor or diminished depending on how we approach it and what is before it and what is after it, so we need to start to understand what we are working with.
The light is like this, but its also like that, if I perceive it from here or if I perceive it from there, etc. etc.

We’re not reffering to what you calling the animal soul, meaning the life force that is in us, that animates us and when it departs, we are no longer living, we rot in the ground.
We are learning about the spiritual vessels filled with spiritual light whereby we perceive a spiritual reality.
The point in the heart is the “sperm” of the future spiritual creature.

In our world, I have to move my body next to yours to be close to you and if I fly away, then I’m far.
In spirituality, when things are similar in quality they are close and dissimilar in quality and they are far.
If things in spirituality are so close in quality, then they become one, adhered to one another.
The quality of the Creator is bestowal.
We will remain a receiver, but with an additional force that is added from above, we will be able to receive, not to receive for ourselves, but to receive in order to bestow. It means that when if your 4 year old daughter brings you her finger painting, imagine if you pushed it away and said, “that is messy and not artistic, I don’t want it”. Or on the other hand you can receive it, but you are not receiving it for yourself, your receiving it from your daughter gives her pleasure that she was able to give to you. So it’s not about what we do with our hands, whether we are giving or receiving, but the state of our heart, your reception towards her became an act of love towards her.
