In general, for all of the normal things in life, find a group of people who act like you want to act and learn from them, observe them, how they do it and mimic them. Then you’ll acquire those qualities to be able to do the things that you want to do.
And you’ll later use this same technique towards spirituality, you find a society that has the qualities that you must have and learn how to tune yourself to the same frequency.

For example, there is a mitzvah that an impure person must not enter the Temple.
So what is an impure person and what is, where is the Temple?
So there is a lot to uncover here.

Many things in the wisdom of kabbalah will seem like contradictions.
In spirituality two things can exist at once. In corporeality two things can only exist at two different times.
This concept of faith above reason will clarify over time.In order for there to be faith above reason, there has to be reason. Â These things will go hand in hand as a spiritual process.

The best is to read it with the group of students. If you go to kabbalahmedia.info and click on the link for Lectures & Lessons, you will see a list of all of the daily lessons. Everyday we students of Rav Laitman are reading the Zohar together for 30 minutes. It is the (Afternoon 2) lesson, you’ll see that as you scroll though the list of lessons.
While you are listening, try to incorporate your desire with the desire of all of the other students who are yearning like you are for this connection. Your spark will be added to our sparks and we will make a big flame.

We are not in receive to bestow.
What we do in this state is first recognize that we are will to receive and everything we do, every step, every thought and every move is for our own benefit.  From here, from this recognition we will be able to then start to feel what bestowal is and to develop a true need for it.  Then the light fills that vessel.
