Love will mean more than the sensation of favor toward some one, which is a bridge to the intimacy we will share with one another. Then we will begin to build new worlds and renew the one of our birth.
April 16, 2022 at 9:31 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #286604WendiParticipantReading each of the comments, the wave of light has just washed over me from all the love expressed here. Each and every one here is special and fully capable of restarting civilization here or in or on the worlds beyond. It’s not that we are looking for the point in our hearts, because your simple presence here shows you have already experienced it, perhaps as a new parent or as a bestower of something of value to you but worth so much more to the recipient. We will share our lessons learned and accelerate our growth into the reforming light.
April 5, 2022 at 12:43 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Prompt: Considering our journey thus far, how can we fortify our connection with the illuminating force? How do we amplify its transformative influence? #285709WendiParticipantJust as we know our eyes sense only a tiny portion of electromagnetic energy across all wavelengths, the reforming light brings into us all essences of nature beyond eyesight alone via a heightened proprioception that not just allows, but guides us to achieve equivalence of form with the Creation/Creator. The total volume of all human history in its mythic form, legends, narratives of the Torah, New Testament, even children’s graphic stories and novels, are the expression of the reforming light on each individual and his-her attempt to achieve the ultimate equivalence of form. With this understanding, we are now in good position to strengthen the influence of the reforming light, because “He is US,” to paraphrase Walt Kelly’s Pogo on the day after the 1972 presidential election in the US.

Mary had noticed that the “WE” in Wendi had been capitalized on yesterday’s student session. “Not my doing, Hashem’s!” WEll, we just need to correct ourselves, then everyone else will change with us!!

The ego in its exponential expansion but constant frustration and exhaustion of desire is what social psychologists call the “hedonic treadmill.” K says don’t get off the treadmill, build it back better!!

This poem has haunted me since grade school in the 60’s in central Pennsylvania. Now it seems to me, Kabbalah has framed it properly. How do you feel about it? Does it frame the lesson poetically?
Tyger, by William Blake
Tyger Tyger, burning bright,
In the forests of the night;
What immortal hand or eye,
Could frame thy fearful symmetry? In what distant deeps or skies.
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand, dare seize the fire? And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? & what dread feet? What the hammer? what the chain,
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp,
Dare its deadly terrors clasp! When the stars threw down their spears
And water’d heaven with their tears:
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?Tyger Tyger burning bright,
In the forests of the night:
What immortal hand or eye,
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry? - AuthorReplies
