I heard Dr. Laitman relate Einstein’s theory of Relative affects our reality, can you connect Kabbalah’s teachings to this?

Lori,
Here is a wonderful blog post by Rav Laitman about this.

Can you give examples of the lower world on how to use the will to bestow?
Is feeling deep appreciation for nature a form of the will to bestow? For example, I am enjoying the sunset and feel gratitude for that gift- is that a way to access the will to bestow?
Thanks

Ser,
The will to bestow is something that is in the domain of the upper worlds. In fact in this world, it is by nature impossible to bestow. This entire world is made of a matter that is a desire to receive from the smallest particle to the largest.
We can accustom ourselves to it through exercises and behaviors like you are describing, but like puberty which changes a persons thoughts and feelings, spirituality is a transition a person goes through.
The difference is puberty is automatic and bilogical. The entrance to spirituality requires our efforts and participation.Seth@KabU

So many of my interest have change. Â Will I be able to connect with like minded people through this study. Â This is very important to me.

Ken,
Yes. After these fundamental self study courses you’ll have the opportunity to join live classes and also join a group of fellow students and an instructor where you will study and implement the wisdom together.

I would love to hear more about Reshimo. I understand the idea, but when I reflect on my experiences I want to ensure I am making the proper connection.

Katrina,
Whereas according to Darwin’s theory creatures from the bottom compete and or cooperate and keep progressing forward, in the wisdom of kabbalah, we study how the Light cascaded down from the highest state to the lowest. We are now preparing to ascend back up that ladder. Each of the steps we traverse on our way back up are those very same steps the light passed on its descent. Each of these are called reshimot (records or remembrances).

So from what I’m understanding is we need to correct egoism in order to desire to receive. there is a process an order we must get to, to be able to reach altruistic. Is this Wright?

What has been perceived and shared as the best path that a creature may walk, morning, noon, and night, in order to best attune and correct their qualities to align with unbounded altruism?

Tyler,
This path.

Please do forgive me for asking too quickly, but I do believe that by continuing recommended reading, and from some sharing that Lio did yesterday in a Q&A session, that I may have an answer.
My understanding is that the path is different for each manifestation of Adam ha Rishon and is best represented by the concept of Reshimot.
The most important thing we can do is to reformulate the intention we have when we receive desires from egoistic to altruistic. Once that center is set, Reshimo appear individually, according to which of the 125 rungs we are on.
We should embrace the Reshimo presented as an active opportunity to correct errors with our perception, honing our intention to allow for better alignment with that of the Creator. Embracing the correction will allow for the next Reshimo to present itself in a quicker fashion than if one passively allows or actively goes against the correction.
From my parsing, this path of correction can potentially be further sped up by focusing attention on and spending time with the following:
– The Zohar
– Talmud Esser Sefirot
– A group of Ten in Post Grad workWhile I am still curious about potential specific methodologies one may utilize to boost the altruistic signal throughout the day, I think I better understand how the Path can’t be narrowed down to a single system.
Please provide further correction if I am in error. I am so grateful for what has been compiled and offered here.
Thank You, Beloved Friends.

Tyler,
It sounds like you are making sense of things, at least starting to.
Please clarify your question. I’m not clear what you are asking. Try to formulate the question clearly and one question at a time. No big introductions, just the question.
