INNOCENTParticipanthow can I bring my desire and intention to align with plan and purpose of the creator in my life
- July 13, 2026 at 8:11 am EDT #505734
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorInnocent,
Read the texts of the kabbalists often. You will format your mind to a higher frequency and draw the reforming light upon yourself that will work on your desire.
Later you will have opportunities to work in a group of friends who are doing the same and there you have a sure fire way to check your intentions, each time you are given another portion to correct, another portion of disparity is revealed, called the revelation of the vessel and we draw the light to correct it and like this on the work of these two lines we become similar to the Creator step by step as He builds the middle line between the two lines.

TiiuParticipantCan you explain exactly what the intention of bestowal is? I understand what that word means, but how do we practice this in everyday life? Is it always about giving to others and taking pleasure in it, because we were created to receive pleasure? What happens if others take advantage of it when we always give?
- July 13, 2026 at 8:07 am EDT #505733
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorTiiu,
Yes, you are right, if we try to materialize this we will end up always giving and the people around us always taking and we will end up drained and upset.
Bestowal is a spiritual action. You hands can actually be receiving while you are bestowing, or you can be saying no to someone while you are bestowing. It is on a completely different level than our material level.
We have an example from our world, let’s say you go to your mom’s house and she made you a wonderful meal, you are not so hungry, but if you reject the meal you upset mom who wants to give to her beloved daughter, Â so you eat, not because you are hungry but by you receiving the food, you are giving a gift to your mom.To be able to bestow spirituality is a force that comes to us from above after we develop a true desire for it, we will learn about this a lot in the future.

YelenaParticipantPlease, explain the difference between Phase 4 (complete acceptance of the role humans play within the relationship with the Creator, and Phase 2 (desire to give just as Creator does).
- July 1, 2026 at 8:08 am EDT #504388
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorYelena,
These four phases are the blueprint of reality, the DNA of not only creation but also of every thought and desire.
We are learning about a process that took place “before” the Big Bang, before time and space as it were. From the perspective of the Creator the entire process happens at once from the beginning of creation until its completion.
All of these phases, and years are from the perspective of the developing, feeling creature. (but there is no human who can feel yet)The thought of creation, called the root phase or Keter is to create a creature and fill it with delight. This causes the first phase called Hochma. Hochma is a “vessel” that is the same shape as the infinite light. All of the light that the Creator wanted to give, He creates a vessel that can receive it all and fills it.
This should be the end of our story, however, this is similar to giving a billion dollar inheritance to a newborn baby. That little creature has no way to enjoy the billion dollars let alone understand and feel what it is and what it means.
So the creature continues to develop. In addition to receiving all of that light in Phase 1, the vessel additionally receives the nature of the Giver as well. So Phase 2 is that now the vessel has the quality of bestower, since it also received this quality.
Keep in mind that all of this is orchestrated by the Creator called from above.  There is no “decision” on the part of the vessel even though we speak like that.
For example if you open up the garden hose to water the garden and then one area of soil gets saturated and the water is diverted to another area, we wouldn’t say, the soil got filled and decided not to take anymore water and diverted the flow of water in another direction….
So we need to remember that all of this is happening from above, much later we will see a reaction from the creature below. It is important to understand that  as people, all of our vessels are limited, my stomach can only hold so many cakes and my eyes can only take in so much of the visual spectrum so will I eventually be able to receive infinitely? I will need a spiritual vessel that is infinite, so we will have to later acquire vessels that are not limited, they are called vessels of bestowal. As long as I am bestowing to creation, then I can receive infinitely, the more that I receive, the more I can spread onto creation.
Back to Phase Two. Phase Two doesn’t fulfill the the Thought of Creation which is for the creature to receive endless delight because in Phase Two the vessel is bestowing, not receiving, so Phase Two develops into Phase Three and says, in order to continue the process of the Thought of Creation to fill me endlessly, I will start receiving again, however I still want to be similar to the Creator so I’ll also still bestow.
And Phase Four, called Malchut which is the entirety of creation, every star, every sunflower, every elephant and every person, every atom and every thought is all part of this one Malchut, this Malchut in Phase Four will become creation. So here in the four phases of direct light, what we are learning is that in order to enjoy, we need to desire the thing we enjoy. The more we crave and yearn for the pleasure, the more enjoyable the pleasure is. So whereas in Phase One the Light filled the entire kli, but the kli was like an infant that couldn’t feel or understand that light, now in Phase Four, the vessel desires the entire light.
And our story is just beginning….

BrendaParticipantHow do I better understand the different levels of light?
- May 12, 2026 at 11:30 am EDT #499617
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorBrenda,
Actually all in all there is only one simple light that fills all of reality.
For example let’s say there is a room filled with gold and anyone who enters can take whatever he wants.
Let’s say you enter, a child enters, a cat enters and a bug sitting on the cat’s back enters.
So only you even have the vessels to comprehend that you are in a room full of gold and that gold has value and that you can take it and use it.
It’s the same thing with the light, we are in a field of light however what we see is a world that is depicted to us by our vessels, we don’t see light, we see people and trees, but behind them all is just light, as if you are looking at a movie that shows people and trees, but behind the people on the screen is just light being projected on the screen.
All of the names given to the different levels of light are all according to the degree of the vessel that is perceiving the light.

RicardoParticipantPeace and blessings.
From this week’s lesson, I understand that everything I perceive is shaped by my current level of development, and that the work is not to change external reality, but to refine the intention behind how I receive and relate to it.
My question is about applying this in real-time interactions with others. If all perception is internal and based on my own vessel, how do we practically work with situations where another person’s behavior feels clearly misaligned or disruptive? How do we balance seeing everything as part of our own perception while still responding in a clear, grounded, and responsible way within the relationship?

BrendaParticipantThank you for that explanation. Very helpful.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorRicardo,
The wisdom of kabbalah is called the hidden wisdom not because you can’t find it, anyone can go online and read the Zohar, anyone can open the Tree of Life by the ARI, but all of those invisible forces, the ones I feel and the 99.999% that I still don’t feel, how to reveal the field of love and bestowal? Now is called the time of preparation. Identify the forces operating you, identify what is operating the others.
If you are a father or an employer for example, you have a place to guide behavior, otherwise, in general we are not going out to the world to “correct” anyone.
If you are in the army and you are in battle and your job is to kill the enemy, so that’s your job.
But just because you see broken people..that is not surprising, the whole world is broken.
Behave in this world like the best version of a normal person in this world.
And soon you will have the opportunity to work in a kabbalistic group where you learn how to work with these forces that you feel from the others, in that group where everyone is working together, you can then use those forces you feel from the others as springboards to higher degrees of revelation of the Lights. And we will learn how this work in this holographic workspace affects the whole world.
Step by step,
Seth@KabU

Terence AduParticipantHi Seth, I am returning to this course after a few years as originally I didn’t find it practical enough. I’m starting to see/feel I have a lot less free will than I thoaight I had. My will power is limited. How do we invite the creator to give us the strength to go about this material world or is that the wrong question
- May 4, 2026 at 9:48 pm EDT #498264
Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorHi Terence,
I understand.
It’s a very correct question.
The world is shattered on purpose. We can’t fix the problems in this world by making a better government or recycling, etc
Of course, as we correct ourselves, so we will naturally have better government and more natural way to live and of course we shouldn’t retire from society, but we should realize that a kabbalist lives in two worlds and he is very realistic about this. The time is ripe for the awakening of our soul, the world is crying out for meaning, we see that now when all information is available to everyone, it’s as if knowledge doesn’t even matter to people, just that everyone wants to feel better.
We enter the spiritual environment and let it influence us. Just like the world is advertising all kinds of nonsense all day, we need positive influence over us every day. From the influence of the spiritual society and the reforming light that comes from studying the authentic sources, we begin to feel another reality above this reality.
Good luck and I hope to hear about your progress,
Seth@KabU
