Since I am the culmination of 6,000 of incarnations, and everything that I have learned is retained in me, am I able to make use of this incredible bank of knowledge, and is there any way to access it at will to find answers to questions?  Also, is this the first life that I’ve become aware of myself and the effort to reach the upper light?

      • #491430

At will? No, it’s according to the Creator’s will that it’s revealed. But He provides a condition that if you attain it yourself, it’ll be revealed. This means that it’s not where I am, as I am that it’s revealed. Only if I will rise up, above my state, this world, to the spiritual world.

It’s the first life where you will (hopefully) reach a state that is higher than the Point in the Heart being, to varying extents, held hostage by the ego. Because had you risen above it, you’d have a piece of eternal life in the spiritual world, that would be yours even if you had to come back and finish your correction.

In “The Nature of Matter”, could you expand on the concept of “splitting” reception between two individuals? One who “receives” the pleasure, and one who “senses” it?

      • #486551

Everything is inside you. But there’s someone outside of me, seemingly. I can know the desire of the other and fill their desire. But all the pleasure happens in them. That’s because there is an illusion that we are separate. To the extent that I become reconnected to them – in my perception because in truth we ar already connected – I also feel their pleasure, and this is the real pleasure, that which occurs ‘beyond one’s skin’, and the only pleasure that can truly be experienced without a short-circuit.

When the created being has a sense to bestow, is that when it is considered a complete being similar to the concept of ownership and property? For example, if someone has the will to recieve, because it is only created from the light of the creator it is considered incomplete, like in the same way a student is simply recieving an instruction from a professor so he is not fully engaged, then when the desire to bestow appears it’s like he becomes an apprentice, would that be an apt analogy?

Next, about the phases of light, why are the sephirot named so and does this relate in anway to the phases of light and parzifum? For example, if we translate tifaret to beauty does this have to do with the desire to receive in order to bestow?

Lastly, if the 4 worlds exist in humanity and the body of Adam Kadmon does this mean that the light of the creator, Keter is also present in individual people? Can we sense this light?

If a person is truly awarded the quality of bestowal – that is, he crossed the Barrier to the spiritual world – then he is considered an apprentice to the Creator and learns the ways of the Creator from the Creator. But he still has something to do there, and he’s not complete: he’s on the first of 125 spiritual degrees. But he’s complete in the sense that up till then he corrected all that he could see, all that he could imagine, 100%. Then an additional place for correction is revealed. This way he climbs the spiritual degrees.

Sefirot are named that way because the Light of Hochma is from above down, and the Light of Hassidim is from right to left, and if you want to represent the way the Light enters those vessels, you can represent them with those (Hebrew) letters. The fact that they also turn out to be words people know, isn’t that important, is unhelpful for practical purposes, and that’s why in this one aspect it is even better if one doesn’t know Hebrew, at least at first.

No, what we can sense, spread among humanity, and across all times, past, present, and future – is a spark, while the first time one crosses the Barrier to the spiritual world, he reveals Light. That broken spark is what all of humanity chases their whole lives, and never reaches. What one can feel is only ones unfilled Will to Receive, which is all that he feels his whole life. Besides that, there’s one other thing, and that is the Point in the Heart, which knows how to find Kabbalah and wants that because it is a sensor that feels there is a spiritual world and wants to return there. There are only these 2 possibilities.

How do you distinguish preparation of the vessel from spiritual correction, and how should one relate to non-Kabbalistic inner work before entering a practical group?

      • #476972

Before entering a group, one needs to learn everything about the wisdom of Kabbalah, and develop ones Point in the Heart as much as possible. The authentic Kabbalah sources connect a person, in this Point, to the Upper Light, which reform or correct or prepare the vessel. There is nothing else to do but prepare this vessel as we reside in an ocean of Upper Light, which, in a broken vessel, actually inverts to bad. A broken vessel is what one starts with, has from birth without even knowing it. There’s quite a bit of individual advancement in this because the precondition for entering a group is general acceptance of the entire method, and for that, I need to have some understanding and feeling of what that entails.

At a stage where one does not yet feel emotional connection or belonging, is passive presence (listening without active engagement) considered valid preparation before entering group work?

        • #477016

It’s hard for me to imagine how one would already feel belonging and emotional connection. On what basis? So, certainly a private study is adequate at first. One simply needs to record upon themselves as much matrial from the Kabbalists as possible. Because there is a matter here of the Surrounding Light working. If it doesn’t work, then one also doesn’t really understand. It works a bit more, one understands a bit more. So, the study and the intention for it to change me work hand in hand. This helps me start understanding what this method is about.

How does one move from the mental idea of “we are all connected “ to opening the heart and really feeling it and not just understanding it intellectually.

      • #472027

        Hi Yvette,

Like all things in the wisdom of Kabbalah, because they talk about a world we don’t feel, which we’re already in but don’t know we’re in, we feel it by trying already to keep the laws of the Upper World before I’m in it. How? I need a group, we call it a ten, where I can start thinking and behaving, inside myself and toward them, as if we are connected. How I am, I’m like that everywhere I am – so, if I’ll transform toward a ten, I’ll start transforming in my attitude toward all of reality.

In this extract of “The nature of matter” it is written: “It is fair to say that we haven’t yet begun the process of know
ing the anti-Creator. To feel our complete oppositeness from the Creator, we will have to emotionally decline to much lower degrees. The wisdom of Kabbalah is surfacing now because it is impossible to experience these states physically, and Kabbalah is a means of easing our way through the states of oppositeness from the Creator, to experience them in our consciousness and our minds, not in our bodies.”

I am intrigued by this notion. Does it means that we are not at the words of our egoistic behavior in this corporeal world yet? What does it means? I thought that Kabbalah was revealed nowdays because we reached the bottom of our egoistic desire?

      Thank you much!

      • #440147

        Hi Lorie,

The ego is bigger than ever – that’s true. But it’s still at a tiny degree relative to the ego that has to stand against spiritual degrees. Yet this tiny ego is perfectly big enough to destroy most of humanity with nukes, hydro bombs and so on. If we reveal such near phases of its development corporeally, the handful who are left will have a life of such terrible suffering that they’ll have to correct themselves. Or, while the boot is still up in the air getting ready to kick us, we run ahead toward the spiritual goal. Either way, the end result is perfect, whole, and guaranteed.

          Thank you Gianni!

Even if at the end all is perfect lest hope and work on ourselves together to try to avoid this  worst scénario on earth!
