ParticipantDuring last weeks Zoom meeting I asked a question in the chat about out of body experience, and I got some answers. But I still wanted to know your perspective and opinion on it. When people do out of body experience and everyone sees and experiences the same thing and then they explore that space, meet other souls, can end up in any place they want and so on. Is it just imagination or what?

SallyParticipantLast week i was trying to  reconconcile the idea tthat all things come from the Creator with the question about the source of evil.
Over the week I read Dr.Latins essay on What is Absolute Truth. I seemed to understand that all sadness and pain comes from humans’ separation.from the Creator? And that the more we become like the Creator the better we and the universe be Is that a correct understanding? I’ll probably miss today’s class. As I write this that seems like a rather basic question but i want to make sure that I’m on the right parh My grandchildren will be here today so I may not make today’s class Will the class be recorded? Thank you and hope everyone has a loving week, [email protected]

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorSally,
That is correct.
You know that more than anything you want everything to be well for your children. Nevertheless they have to grow to learn about life, go through falling in love and scraping their knee and all the things that happen to all of us.
Now imagine from the side of the Creator what it is like watching us develop for 14 billion years from dust and raising us step by step until one day we look up to the heavens and say, “Oh hello! Who are You? Who am I? What is all this and why?!”.
Enjoy the day with the family,

MarnieParticipantI have noticed for a long time that I would call out to God for help when I was distressed and having a hard time. I’m finding I’m still like this but I wonder as we get closer to the Creator does it become easier to want to connect and be connected? I suppose as we develop spiritually that we recognize these challenges as opportunities for advancement?

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMarnie,
You are right. It’s like if you are into dancing and you start learning to dance and spending time with dancers, slowly you start thinking about dancing, dream about dancing, spend your free time dancing and learning about dancing.
So it is with everything, including our relationship with the Creator. We start reading more and spending more time (even online) with friends who are studying as well, we discuss it, we think about it so it becomes second nature that we always turn to be connected to the Creator.
That is in quantity. And then there is the qualitative connection where we feel inside everything that that is happening that His hand is there guiding us, not just that we talk about it, but we feel that this is how it actually is.

ParticipantNot yet thanks. I joined today lesson part 2 so I need to absorb what I grasped, re-read the text, listen to the related material, then let it sit for a day or two.
