      What a great informational video. Currently, I am dealing with a work environment that is not good for my overall well-being. Thank you for clarifying the “why” behind my feeling so awful. I gave my resignation last week and instantly felt lighter and happier.

      It is definitely true from my experience. When I felt the loneliest is when my health tended to do the worst as well.
