Yes, I’ve personally experienced how loneliness during life’s challenges led me to poor eating habits as a way to cope, diminishing my health, and I’ve seen the same pattern in others who turned to comfort foods to numb their isolation.

From my own experiences, I can honestly say that sharing my thoughts with those I care about (and vice versa) has really enhanced my emotional well-being, and I’m truly grateful. The positive connections and support we provide each other is so important in our lives, contributing to our wellness, both physical and mental health, and fostering increased happiness.

It is so true – whenever I’m faced with difficulty, there is a big difference whether I tackle it alone or can share it with a friend or colleague. It is a physical and mental relief that lifts half the weight of the problem immediately.

And the same applies with happy instances: it’s double the joy when shared with someone who you know will rejoice with you.

It’s not only about having someone to talk to but also about having people in your life that you can learn from and get useful tips and tricks for your everyday life, and share your own insights and talents with.

Yes leading me to be totally reliant on God, not at all saying suggesting anything. Yet, thankful for his shoulder.
