Wentra
ParticipantHi,
I’m Rhonda. I was raised Christian in the Pennsylvania Dutch culture, but I’ve always had a strong interest in Judaism and mysticism since I was a small child.
I’m hoping to satisfy both fascinations by learning about Kabbalah.
Incidentally, Pa Dutch Folk healing practices incorporate some Kabbalistic practices. I always knew about the healing practices (called Braicherei), but only recently  found out about the Kabbalah elements.More about me: I’m a special Ed teacher nearing retirement and studying to be a Cancer Data Manager as a new career. I also teach college classes at night to English Language learners. I’m always involved in learning in one or another, as a student and an instructor.

SofiaParticipantMy name is Sofia, and I’m really grateful to be here with all of you. I live in the Greater Toronto Area and work in real estate, but being here is about something much deeper for me. I’ve been feeling a strong pull to grow beyond the external world and really understand myself on a deeper level.
I’ve always been very driven, building businesses, raising my kids, and creating a life that looks full from the outside. But I’ve come to realize that real fulfillment comes from inner work, awareness, and connection.
Over time, I’ve explored different methods and perspectives when it comes to personal growth and spirituality, and Kabbalah is something I’ve been studying and feel really drawn to. It’s given me a different lens to look at myself and my life, and I’m here to deepen that understanding.
I’m here to learn how to communicate more consciously, to pause and respond instead of react, and to show up in a more grounded and giving way in my relationships, as a mother, a friend, and in my work. Still lots to learn and I am excited for the Journey.
I’m really looking forward to learning from all of you and growing together.
Thank you for having me.
