      The upper force is always there; so therefore turning to it in a prayer, feeling it in nature, feeling it in he connection between friends and during study, in fact trying to form a kli which then can be filled with light.

      Prayer, meditation, focused visualization, listening, study, communication, experimentation, tracking.

      We could find out what the Creator does, then join in.  He chooses to give, without a requirement to receive.  So we find out from our teachers and texts and friends what that feels like, what it looks like from the perspective of the Upper Force, what it means to others, and practice making it work in this world.
