Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path?

By helping others I help myself, because we are all parts of one. I am in others and all others are in me. If I see something in the other, it means I have a Kli for reception. Fixing it in me, fixes it in them. And others are like a mirror of me. So looking for qualities in others I actually find it in myself. Without others I would not find all the vessels in me.
By joining forces with those with point in the heart we increase the common desire and by that draw more light that reforms. And by helping others we become similar to Creator, because he helps and we help we have the same quality.

By keeping in mind that “There Is None Else Beside Him” at all times and by always trying to build love instead of building conflict.

In working with a group towards the same goal, many things happen. We start to see the interconnectedness of each other, that we truly share the human condition and see ourselves in the other friend. We build compassion towards each other and share a common goal that is above ourselves. When our friend is down, we raise them. When we are down they raise us, and it’s all for a single advancement to the upper levels and connect with the Creator

Happiness begins from the moment you do something for others. Those who consistently help others, are happy, and do not come across any obstacles in their lives. Research indicates that they are less stressed and experience improved mental health. The purpose of life is to serve others. However, when doing so, you should not expect something in return; your intention should be to lessen other people’s misery.

When we help others on the path, we are doing what the Creator wants us to do. That is bestowing when we help others, and this pleases the Creator. And we also receive pleasure from helping others.

We must recognize that the Creator only reveals himself through the connections between us.
