Equivalence of form is something that helps me stay aware with my daily choices. Lets me question my responses and reactions.

The idea of “reception” is intriguing. I’m finding myself thinking about it intentionally in my day-to-day life.

My best experience from the previous course was learning about what is possible- what can be attained. I expect to attain spirituality from this course – get closer to attaining spirituality and know this, not just guess that I am.

My best experience was well all of it really. The thing that has stood out for me the most is the Masach – the screen. This has brought my awareness to create an intention to pause, reflect and choose my response instead of reacting automatically.

This next course I’d like to delve deeper into Kabbalah and broaden my awareness. I’m very much enjoying the journey 🙂
