What I found most inspiring was the methodical approach, usually using drawings, of breaking concepts down. As a traditionally analytical person, this was very helpful for me.
What I learned about myself is that I am and have a fundamental nature that I may understand – the gap between my awareness of self and the awareness of what may be known has narrowed.
For my fellow students, I wish them to know the truth of their being.
April 28, 2022 at 10:04 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually? #287574AndrewParticipantWe get in touch with the Upper Force through an understanding of our masach. As we develop a comprehension of our will to receive and our will to bestow, and exercise them accordingly, we open a new channel for information that we didn’t have before.

I’ve watched several of his videos on the subject so far, but this was by far the most detailed one I’ve seen on the sefirot.
I came to KabU in my search to understand the archetypical mind, which I was provided three different avenues of study to learn from, and for the first time I can see some very specific parallels between Kabbalah and one of the other two avenues which, while helpful, was unfortunately incomplete in the form in which I discovered it.
There is a structure to the consciousness that makes up all reality, and I’m determined to understand it… if for no other reason than the fact that I believe I may, more and more every day.

March 31, 2022 at 8:33 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: In what way have I gained a deeper understanding of my life and of the forces working in the world? #285294AndrewParticipantI’ve gained a deeper understanding of my life and the forces of the world by realizing that I’ve called forth the experiences and circumstances in my life that I’ve needed in order to learn the truth of my being. These experiences, or at least the difficult ones, are drawn to a false or illusory belief I have about myself and the ‘reality’ in which I express. When I immerse myself in the feeling of these experiences, difficult as they may be, I create an opportunity to realize that the truth of my being is actually the opposite of what I was feeling, and that’s why it felt so difficult – simply because it was wrong, and that’s how our emotional guidance system works.
As I’ve learned and begun to accept the truth of my being – that I am a wholly perfect and immortal aspect and creation of The Creator – my so-called ‘reality’ no longer presents me with nearly as many nor as difficult opportunities for learning this. Instead, I’m calling forth the experiences and circumstances reflective of my new understanding of the truth of my being – ones indicative of joy, love, and a newfound sense of inner purpose.
March 30, 2022 at 12:59 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #285172AndrewParticipantWe want the study of Kabbalah to lead us to the complete perception of reality, as it exists not only here in the lower world, but as it exists in the Upper World, so that we can understand how and why it exists the way it does in all worlds.
