Like, the sages say the last time it was pronounced was in the temple on yom kippur, but is that what they mean?  Was it really spoken? or was it inner desire that revealed the 4 letter name? Yet, In ruth it is used as a simple greeting, how can that be?

    Hello

    The creators name

its forbidden to say (meaning impossible) as it is a code, not really a word. It is felt inside us, extracted from our desires. But why was it used in earlier times as a greeting, like in Ruth 2:4. ? Thanks in advanced.

Hi, im a little embarrassed to ask but…

Assignment at end of lesson 4 is “pick an excerpt and share on chat”,  is that the excerpts that were in the lesson posted under readings in lesson 4? there is two.

2nd question. starting the next lesson, I guess I should know but, under ‘lesson content” 4 steps, we would do as follows, clips, readings, then workshop, these three are also going to be in the next Sunday zoom, and the assignments is for the next week after?

    thanks

The binding of Isaac, is this really Abrahams disciple, was he really going to sacrifice him or is it talking about desires? Left side,  Is issac a person or a desire. Or both?

how do we know when someone is a desire or when someone is a real person.
i know we say that the torah is kabbalah and it speaks nothing about this world, but then, Rav Laitman also says many of these people in torah existed. Where do we draw the line on what is desire or physical people?

You have an article on the binding of isaac ?

    thank you

    Hi.

I’m still confused, Are the orthodox Jews in Israel today the physical descendants of Abraham or just spiritual descendants? I know that a son in Kabbalah means a disciple of spiritual transmission like Noah’s sons, or even Issac, but isn’t there a physical branch of descendants to some extent? Even another example,  Abrhams other son ishmeal would be muslums today?

    thank you
