My name is Carina, and I seek to align myself with the qualities of the creator by understanding how the ten sefirot interact with the five worlds. By exploring these spiritual concepts, I hope to begin experiencing their profound impact in my life.

Yes, according to Kabbalah, reality is the product of your perception because your inner state shapes what you perceive. Equivalence of form means aligning your desires and feelings to be like the Creator’s—loving, giving, and balanced—which lets you perceive reality more clearly. When you achieve this alignment, your perception and reality unite, revealing the true spiritual nature behind what you experience.

To live our current incarnation to the fullest, we need to choose the right environment and make changes that lead us toward light and selflessness. Helping others and developing the point in our heart guide us closer to the Creator’s path. By aligning our desires with the Creator, joining a supportive community, and praying for the correction of our ego, we grow spiritually and fulfill our purpose.

Our true free will is in choosing the environment we live in, including the people and influences around us. Most of what we think and do is controlled by our genes, upbringing, and outside forces, making our freedom feel real but mostly an illusion. This illusion is kept by a spiritual “screen” that hides the control from us so we feel free even when we are not. Real freedom comes when we align ourselves with a higher purpose, making us partners in our own growth beyond just making choices.

Something new I learned is that unlike in Christianity, where faith is often just belief without feeling, Kabbalah teaches that true faith is a direct, personal sensation and inner perception of the Creator. It’s not about accepting ideas blindly but about experiencing and confirming spiritual reality for oneself. True faith in Kabbalah means deeply feeling and seeing the divine in everything around us, much like reading and understanding a map before fully knowing a place.

To ensure our prayers are answered in Kabbalah, we must pray with kavanah—deep intention and focus—not just recite words. True prayer is about changing ourselves to feel the Creator’s constant love and seeing all events as good. This inner transformation connects us to the divine, making the prayer effective and answered.
