When facing a challenging situation by asking, why am I receiving this situation, and, where is the Light in all of this? How can I be proactive instead of reactive and take the LIGHT in this situation to help others?
Christian HernandezParticipantAnother question, when it comes to phase 4 in Malchut, does the vessel completely rejects the light again? Is this what other Kabbalists call “The Bread Of Shame”?
Christian HernandezParticipantIs Genesis in The Bible an allegory of this process?

For instance, you can do charity work but if you do it while you’re feeling bored or angry, it doesn’t mean anything at all, the real reward will come when you understand the importance of the work you’re doing and how it can help other people, when you feel altruistic, generous, respectful, and enjoy the act of service. Is that a good interpretation? Is it okay to say that, once we achieve this state then the Light will start changing our reality for a more positive version of it?

How do we recognise when we should stop giving others because they are taking too much? Should I feel guilty if I think of myself and my needs first, is that acting from the ego?
