ParticipantI wish them ongoing understanding of the course material, and peace and harmony in their lives.
I believe that one way to become a vessel for the light is to set an intention to not react negatively when things don’t work out the way we want, or somebody criticises us, and so on. With a sincere intention, over time you won’t even need to suppress the reaction welling up inside you – because it won’t be there; and if words are necessary you will find the suitable (wise) ones. We don’t know the circumstances behind, say, another person’s hostile mood; let’s not react in a way that would potentially make their day worse. (Many people are hiding pain and unwittingly project it into their environment.)
Also, if you think of a kind word to say or a kind thing to do….just say it/do it. These are great opportunities sent to us, I think.

ParticipantHi I’m Elisabeth and I live in Wales. I seem to have been guided towards these teachings and have absorbed quite a lot of content over the past couple of weeks. It will be good to be part of a similarly-interested community.
