Our work with the Light that reforms teaches me to understand myself – to know who I am. All we need do is open ourselves up to the process.

February 24, 2024 at 3:20 pm EST in reply to: Ask anything about week 1 lesson and materials and get an answer from a senior Kabbalah instructor. #362445N/aParticipantHi. My name is George and I’m from Melbourne, Australia.
I would like to better understand the two major parts of each desire. Are they to receive for my own benefit and to receive for the benefit of others? If so, how do I recognize within myself whether I am acting out of self-interest or the for the benefit of someone else?
Thanks.

Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #361828N/aParticipantI am very keen to understand how to apply our theoretical understanding of Kabbalah in everyday life.
