    Hi Orlando,

It depends at what stage in your studies you are. Right now it’s sufficient to do what is offered here. In the graduate program you will have up to 3-4 lessons per week you have the option to join. In Israel they study from 3am to 5:30am because that’s a time when a person can be free of all corporeal obligations. And many friends go to bed early to be able to do that. But if you watch that lesson at whatever time it is in your time zone, that is fine. Also, spirituality doesn’t take a lot of time, it takes internal intention. With the correct inner work you can do in a second more than one typically does in a lifetime. The quality and not so much the quantity is what counts.

There are no words for this, but clothing, if we talk about the cascading of the worlds from Above downwards, is that the lower Partzuf can clothe onto the previous degree. Like I said, you are in the same restaurant as the previous day, but today you can’t afford the steak you had yesterday, Today you can only afford fish, but you can clothe that state you were in in which you ate and enjoyed the steak – there’s an illumination from that state, in your current state.

It is written, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” The new me is born, a new sense, in which I feel a different, eternal reality. Only then I can say that a spiritual object was born.

In Nukidim there is a certain Breaking, of the Kelim, but actually not everything was broken. Later, it turns out that there is the actual Malchut that has to break as well. That breaking in Atzilut causes all the Kelim to shatter and at the last degree of shattering, the matter becomes very coarse and gives rise to what we can say is the Big Bang.

Yes. Everyone will realize that we don’t need to worry about anything except what are we living for? So, that we will worry only about this, nature will now create circumstances in which there will be nothing else to live for. There won’t be all kinds of goods, nor vacations, nor hope of fame. We’ll see billionaires’ fortunes simply deleted. People will be left penniless. Otherwise we’re willing to be satisfied with little, meaning we don’t need the Upper World, the Creator, the meaning of life. This is how our nature is. But if it has nothing from which to derive pleasure, the ears open. Of course it’s preferable that people hear an advance that there is a method of running towards connection instead of the suffering pushing them to connection. Because all goodness transpires from the correct connection – no matter what you can imagine, it’s from the correct connection. And all bad that you can imagine happening, that’s from the broken connection. The quality of the connection between people is the source of everything.

    Hi Mike,

There are two Shatterings, and they both occur in the Upper World: the Shattering of the World of Nikudim, and the Shattering of the Soul of Adam HaRishon. Everything in our world is the long-term unfoldment and outer expression of this shattering. It’s a shattering in the connection between the parts of the soul of Adam, and that’s why our world is simply all kinds of expressions of bad connection between people, who are the most internal part of the reality, and thus our broken connection negatively impacts the rest of reality. And our good connection can heal all of reality, and reveal all the Upper Worlds in it.
