ParticipantFor me it was connecting the previous unerstanding about the metho of kabbalh in relation to a ten/ group or committed environment. Having had the opportunity of visiting the centre and be in some meals with a few groups i experienced the strength of teh group and the growth. Before this part of the course the forming and shaping of the ten was like a mystery  to me.

ParticipantI think that in a lot of cases we wouldn’t face some of the societal problems that we see around us today. Next to this i think more problems would be solved with a connected commitment to share love and use ideas stemming from that to help us think and adress problems in our corporeal world

Participantaiding others by being the ‘pipe’of the light to others around us makes it come back from all the light/points in the heart. this way we practice bestowal and love thy friens as thyself
