What inspired me is that there are thousands of souls before me who have made this realization that all their egoistic desires are futile and there must be a spiritual answer.
I learned about myself that I am going to keep coming to the place where money, property, prestige, knowledge won’t be enough to fulfill me. I have to pursue this course as the most important thing in my life.
I wish for my fellow students that they will take this process one day at a time and be patient with themselves and the process to achieve oneness with the Creator.
By changing my intention from a will to receive to a will to bestow pleasure to the creator who only wants to fill me with pleasure
The evolution of desires and the inevitable point of finally saying “is this everything there is?”. I’ve come to Kabbalah twice in life, both after hitting major bottoms in my life. My level of understanding of these patterns in my life has brought me comfort and hope that I can find actual fulfillment through the study of Kabbalah.
That all self directed needs are in vain. All pleasure seeking directed at myself is in vain. I have to seek the Creator in all things every day to find actual fulfillment and reward
