Learning about the desire to bestow, I keep on making a connection with this understanding and then it slips away. I am understanding this and it brings an amazing feeling of warmth, love and empathy. I want to develop this so it remains a constant factor in life. It’s not really a question but I guess the way to develop this is to learn the course!

At those times there was more hedonism perhaps and the younger generations, those who are searching have maybe gone beyond all that but now in 2024 with all the global corruption and conflict it seems much worse, I also wonder whether covid is somehow connected to this

What do you desire to achieve from it? #361865marie claireParticipantI have, through the study of Kabbalah become aware of certain negative qualities I hold and which I want to learn to master or negate
marie claireParticipantHi, my name is Claire. I grew up as a Catholic and have always been a seeker. For some time I have studied Advaita Vedanta and other forms of deepening but there was something missing.  The study of Kabbalah and in particular the letters speaks to me strongly and I want to go deeper and understand more even though I gather it is actually more experiential.  I started with the Tanya, as a result of a video which led me to an intense study of podcasts by the Rav and other Rabbis over the past few months. Then I started looking for more and came across so many teachers that I don’t know who to follow now. I saw the videos on you tube of ‘Enter the Zohar’ and was impressed by the clarity of approach.  I’m in the UK so not sure if I can got onto your live broadcasts but in any event I am very grateful to be signed up for a course.  Thank you
