ParticipantI thought I knew alot about myself and others however I see since starting Kabu that there is more to
learn and to bestow in a deeper way than I was. I have had so many incites and sometimes it has been very painful and sometime exhilarating. I want to learn to walk more on the middle way. I have been a passionate person all my life and intense and so my experiences have been the same. Now I am learning something new and it’s exciting And sometime I feel lost. I have had a specific focus in my life and career and now it’s making a shift like I’m in new territory, a new journey.

ParticipantThe lesson seemed to deepen what I have already learned throughout my life and the experiences I have had. Â It explained everything in a way where it feels more real or solid. I continue to have incites about my self and understand my self and the way I view the world. I find it all very helpful, in strengthening me through what has been a very difficult and challenging few years.

ParticipantWith kindness, with awareness, with seeing them truly, who they really are and not reacting to that which they may present to us to be.

ParticipantWe would keep communicating with each other and connecting until love is restored. Â Our intention would be to become as One and to understanding each other.
March 30, 2025 at 9:33 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #431295Marlaina
ParticipantTo help others means to love them as ourselves. Since we are all parts of ONE CREATOR as I sharee my part I help them to grow and therefore help myself. I usually have a Kabbalah book with me. Sometimes I’m asked what I am reading. I often share a video with friends or a quote from Kabu. I sometimes post on Social media.. I also work to be aware as much as possible so that I can see how the Creator is speaking to me and bestowing to me whether thru another person, an incite in a book or video, or in nature. I am working on being in tune within myself to my point in the heart so that it shines thru me.

ParticipantThe light that reforms comes from the Creator. As we develop our point in the heart more light descends from above to fill us, our kli. We can share  what we have learned by sharing the light through our way of being as kindness, love ,giving or sharing a book with friends. I always carry a book with me. I share quotes that are meaningful to me. I work on staying in my heart and remember and to  be aware of the creator in everything and being grateful for all of life’s experiences in this way I develop my point in the heart so that the creator can share more light through my kli. I also share videos with friends and social media
