The concept that it’s not all about scanning and praying or even the holidays and shabbats. That is what I focus on. But that it’s about the relationship with the friends.
I just posted this on Facebook and then realized I should share it here where it might actually be read!
Just heard Tony Kosinec say the prayer of the Kabbalist is NOT for G-d to change the way “he” is treating us. But for G-d to change US! G-d please change ME so that I can feel and receive the all the goodness you endlessly pour out to me.
That is what I want too because when I can’t feel that, not only can I not enjoy it myself, I can’t share it either, which is double pain. Pain upon pain.

Say it again with me, my friends, until we feel it to be true, always.Hi Friends. I found Kabbalah when friend of my brother gave me a Zohar. I followed up a few years later with beginning to study at the Kabbalah Centre. I have never had a stable foundation in life, even from my youth, and this prevented me from going deeper in my studies although I learned enough to know this is what I want. In time, and thanks to Google, I also found KabU. I have a lot of unanswered questions and so I have started and stopped a couple times now. This is my 3rd beginning again here. I wasn’t sure about restarting again and I listened to a video clip a Friend posted on her FB page of the RAV and before he finished speaking I got the biggest smile of my face, so much joy just filled me up, and I signed up again here to start from scratch and learn it again.
