Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #480899

ParticipantBy being present and listening to others even when they have the opposite views to mine, I am able to learn something about myself as they are part of me, as we are all one. By staying in the relationship, we can connect to the point in the heart, and the light will be drawn to the points and the space between us.

ParticipantThrough being present to others, truly listening to what they say and appreciating their opinion, which may be opposite to mine, I will discover more about myself as they are part of me; we are all one.
Plus, by staying connected through difficulties and challenges, the point in our hearts and the space between us will attract the light, and together we will slowly grow spiritually.

ParticipantBy being part of communities and environments of like-minded people, where the point in the heart can be supported and extended by the law of equivalence. By slowing down and taking more time to be present to what is, and to slow my reflexive responses.
January 18, 2026 at 1:47 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #476508Myrna
ParticipantLike my fellow students, I want to learn more about the practical application, to learn how to “live” the theory in my day-to-day life and grow the point in my heart! Thank you for this opportunity to learn with you all .

ParticipantSimilar to Elishiva above, I am an older person who has been on the seeker path for most of my life. The course has provided me great insights and a clear path to follow. I am both excited and daunted. I can feel the growth already taking place inside of me, but am aware of how far the journey is and how I am still at the very, very beginning!.The intent is to be aware and awake to the Force of Nature in each moment that I can.
Thank you for all the hard work, commitment, and dedication you all have put into making this material available to us! I am grateful to have been “led” here and to all of you!

ParticipantI live in Sydney, Australia, and came to Singapore for a two-month stay to be closer to my daughter, with whom I work, and to my son-in-law and grandsons. I knew this journey would be challenging, and at a deeper level, I was seeking answers to the deeper, more painful processes. I set out to find a Kabbalah course that would help me. Through connecting with a  Shul at a Sukkah Shabbas, I asked about Kabbalah and was directed to Alex Shapiro, who is deeply connected to Bnei Baruch.
As I am now learning and as I reflect, it has been an answer to a prayer!
The course has shown me a pathway that I have been seeking at all levels. I understand, to some degree, the concepts taught and am both thrilled and daunted by the journey ahead. I recognise my inner doubting mind, my ego, and my deep intent warring inside me, and IÂ feel the ups and downs. My learnings, which each day I am excited to undertake, influence me whilst I am “awake” to them.
The course, as others have stated, is very well put together, and I have spent many an hour watching and learning from your YouTube videos and reading.
BIG BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers for your hard work! This organisation and the manner in which it is run takes incredible dedication and hard work. Thank you to each person involved and for all you are doing!
Thank you to Rav Laitman, may he continue to be blessed and guided.
Thank you to the line of Kabballists who have dedicated themselves and given us this ladder “. May I be blessed enough to have the staying power to grow and, in this way, show tribute to those who have given so much.
