Lately I been concerned with the path of suffering, I understand that in order to know something we have to find the opposite so by way of the contrast we learn its true nature. Last year for me was very trying and I think in a way it guide me here. So I think I have my share of unpleasant times, but also I have really nice experiences lately and every time I doubt or question my purpose I remember Tony Kosinec talk about Shamati “There is none else beside him” and that concept clears my mind.
Well I listen to both audio clips on the reading of the Zohar and didn’t experience nothing different in my listening between them, maybe I did, but to be honest I think I was expecting something, so I don’t know if it was my imagination. A little bit later, perhaps ten or fifteen minutes I start thinking about stopping seriously all this learning experience, it wasn’t an idea it was more like a conviction beyond any reasoning, very different from my other doubts.
And here I am still.
January 15, 2023 at 3:48 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #309084NamronParticipantI think in one lesson we learnt that if I love my friends and work with them we will share a greater vessel for the light to fill and we will grow spiritually faster.

How do we amplify its transformative influence? #308491NamronParticipantWe attract the light when we read authentic kabbalistic texts. Create the right environment and are lead by a teacher. I believe our work is to stay in the path.

January 2, 2023 at 9:25 am EST in reply to: Preparation Prompt: What does transitioning from a self-centered perception of reality to one grounded in altruism entail? #307967NamronParticipantI don’t know. I’m egoistical because I’m afraid that if I give then I won’t have enough for myself.
I can say that I receive in order to give, but if I don’t have nothing there is nothing to share, so my desire to receive feeds my giving .

It is partzuf a process? Like when a cup is full it flows into the one under it.
